Melenix is a Health & Fitness app that lets you connect to and control compatible health devices (e.g., hot/cold therapy, vitiligo treatment devices) and access programs and support. Summary: The Melenix app accesses location (for Bluetooth discovery and device features), Bluetooth (to find and control health devices), camera (QR code and photo), and photos/files (profile and feedback). We collect account and identity data, device and usage data (including which devices you use and how you use them), location when used for app features, photos you upload, network/device identifiers, and content you provide (feedback, AI input). We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health data beyond device usage and operation data necessary for the app’s Health & Fitness features.
